God and Sexual Assault

It Is Not Your Fault

Never leave us, or forsake us.

Don’t be scared by my face…sorry, it just came out that way.  🙂

“Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5

Allow this promise to settle over you as you listen to what he has laid on my heart to share with you.

Father God,

I have always assumed being sexually abused and assaulted was my fault. Continue to remind me it was not my fault and I did nothing to deserve what happened to me. Help me to trust in You and what You are teaching me on this journey.

Amen
